MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY

If you complete the services registration process, you will receive a username and password link to your account with DealerNetworks. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of username, password, and your account. You agree to immediately notify DealerNetworks of any unauthorized use of your username and password or account or any other breach of security and ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. DealerNetworks cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

TERMINATION

You agree that DealerNetworks, in its sole descretion, may terminate your password, account or use of the service, and remove and discard any content within the service, for any reason.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Your use of the service is at your sole risk, DealerNetworks expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind. DealerNetworks will NOT be liable for any transactions between buyer/seller.

Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is done at your own risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.

DealerNetworks nor any internet access providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information, human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption deletion, defect, failures of any telephone network or computer equipment, software of any combination thereof, or inability to access the DealerNetworks website.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

If you rely on this service or any material available through this service, you do so at your on risk. You understand that there may be delays, omissions, interruptions, inaccuracies, and/or other problems with the information, products, and services provided at this site.

You expressly understand and agree that DealerNetworks shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, loss of business, or other intangiable losses (Even if DealerNetworks had been advised of the possibility of such damages.) Resulting from (I) the use or the inabilty to use the service; (II) The cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchase, or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the services (III) Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; or (IV) Any other matters relating to the service.
